According to www.thesaurus.com there are 369 synonyms for the word ‘good’. That means there are loads of options for broadening your vocabulary. Unfortunately, you can’t just pick any word from the list of synonyms, as the word ‘good’ is used in several different ways. This is where a thesaurus comes in: just make sure you’re using the correct word form and meaning. Below I’ll illustrate the two most common ways of using the adjective ‘good’.
Good (adj) : high quality or first rate. “I saw Dune 2 last week. It was really good”

“I saw Dune 2 last week. It was excellent/exceptional/marvelous etc

Here’s another situation where we might use ‘good’:
“How are you feeling?”
“I’m feeling good, thanks”.

Don’t feel as if you need to memorise all of them, obviously, but just pick a few that you like the sound of and practise using them whenever you get the chance.
There are also lots of slang words for good. These change frequently with each generation and with trends, so I wouldn’t recommend trying to use them, the result is often awkward for both speakers, but here’s a little list anyway:
