At the UK College of English, our prime concern is always the well-being of the students enrolled on our courses. Whether it’s providing support in securing suitable accommodation, creating classroom environments that encourage effective study, or developing a social schedule that students appreciate, we aim to enrich their learning experience.

Minimum age for enrolment is 16 years for our adult classes.

Our opening hours

We run classes from 9:00 until 16:00 on weekdays, with evening classes from 18.30 to 20.30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The school is usually open from 8:30 to 18:00 on Wednesday and Friday and until 20:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday .

Public holidays and other days off

The college is closed on the following days in 2017:


13th and 14th April 2017 (Thursday and Friday)
17th and 18th April 2017 (Monday and Tuesday)
1st May 2017 (Monday)
29th May 2017 (Monday)
28th August 2017 (Monday)

Christmas break
The school closes for two weeks at Christmas, and will be closed from 25th December 2017 (Monday). The school will reopen on 8th January 2018 (Monday).
