The UKCE Library of Graded Readers

At the UK College of English, we have a small library of graded readers. After leaving a deposit of £10, students may borrow a classic book to suit their level, as the books have been abridged and adapted for the purpose of language study. You can choose one that is higher than your level for a challenge or one that is lower to get used to reading in English.

Below you can find our selection. If you’re looking for a really hard challenge, it is free to download the original classic book for your computer, phone or Kindle from Project Gutenberg.
